Our very talented babysitter, Caroline, painted this for him as a surprise!! It's actually a portrait of him in his aviator hat from Auntie Anne. He LOVES Caroline, and I think the feeling is mutual.
Some of our guests having fun!
Abraham LOVES teeth, too bad it's annoying when someone puts their finger in your mouth! Raj is a good sport & plays along.
Our neighbor girls pose with him as he eats lunch.
Time for cake! Thanks to deceptively delicious, they are made with prunes and butternut squash. Abraham's has carrot/cream cheese frosting.
Delicious! His actions and cake reflect that a part of "Bacon" lives on!
Although he was stripped before the cake, it still proved tricky to clean him up well, so we took a speedy bath. (There are still bits of chocolate cake and orange frosting in that bathroom and I have cleaned it twice since then!
He's not big on laying down for a rinse.Back to the party with our friends! Mommy's friends Whitney and Michelle (A's God Mother) look on.
You can have the leftovers on my head. You can stop staring at my muffin top now I know I have a big head, but I'm swimming in this thing! The obligatory family shot Mom likes this one the best
Grandpa bought me a sweet foam car and my transportation jammies are the perfect fashion statement for a photo op!
Kelsey kept us in line like the sheep we are
are the freckles in our eyes aligned? The next croc hunter!
One of Abraham's buddies (who is almost 2 months YOUNGER) has a handle on the walking situation as long as he has something to hold onto. Here he is putting those skills to work and having fun. I was laughing so hard... I think Abraham is going to be into speedy transportation!
We heard the keeper chat about the giraffes first. He says he loves them but they are "dumber than a bag of hammers"! They also have a very short life expectancy-about 25 years b/c their hearts wear out from having to pump their blood hard enough to get up to their heads and puny brains.
